Nominal values.
Defined references.
The supplied laser’s test report identifies its actual operating point, measured results and test conditions. Nominal values are not a substitute for that record or for configuration-specific acceptance limits.
| Parameter | Nominal value | Definition / reference |
|---|---|---|
| Average output power | 10 W | Factory output setpoint. Refer to the unit report for measured output. |
| Pulse energy | 25 µJ | Nominal mean at 400 kHz and 10 W. |
| Pulse repetition rate | 400 kHz | Nominal operating point; no customer-adjustable rate range is specified. |
| Pulse duration | 800 fs | Nominal final output. Measurement definition and conditions belong to the unit report. |
| Central wavelength | 515 nm | Standard output wavelength. |
| Beam waist diameter | 2 mm | 1/e² intensity diameter; waist located 100 mm beyond the output aperture. |
| Beam quality | M² < 1.5 | Current specification. Use the unit report for measured results and applicable conditions. |
This table contains the nominal operating configuration. Separate worst-case safety-calculation assumptions are not operating settings or advertised performance.
Source, controls
and installation.
PulseBrick is intended for qualified integration into an OEM machine or optical system. Use the approved configuration-specific drawings and instructions for detailed design and commissioning.
| Item | Current configuration | Integration reference |
|---|---|---|
| Laser head | 17.5 kg | Four platform mounting feet and front accessory mounting interface. Approved drawings define mounting, handling and beam datums. |
| Cooling | Air cooled | Preserve ventilation and the approved installation clearances. |
| Routine user controls | On/off; pulse energy adjustable up to 25 µJ | 25 µJ nominal at 400 kHz and 10 W. The unit report defines calibrated output; intermediate commands need not produce a linear optical response. |
| Intended analogue interface | Differential 0–10 V command | Standard calibration target: 10 W at 10 V, subject to factory calibration and verification. |
| Power | Two supplied 24 V adapters | Separate housekeeping and high-power roles. Adapter capacity does not describe measured laser consumption. |
| Optional monitoring | Factory-configured digital status | Availability and interface details depend on the supplied configuration. |
| Intended use | Class 4 OEM laser source | Qualified integration and application-specific protective measures are required for the completed machine. |
Nominal operating environment: clean indoor, non-condensing operation at 15–27 °C. Confirm dimensions, mounting limits, cooling clearances, environmental limits, electrical behaviour and protective recovery in the configuration-specific documentation for your unit.
Routine output commands do not provide safe access. The completed machine requires its own assessment of beam delivery, focusing, materials, guarding, interlocks and process hazards.
